To all fellow Professional Barbers who read this message, we can never forget this most important aspect of our business. Customer Service goes further then just the act of cutting hair. Lets be as good or even better at our Customer Service Skills then we are with with the clippers and shears! #dontgetittwisted its a Business not just a hair cut at the end of the day! Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. According to Turban et al. (2002),[1] Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction – that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation. FYI I dont care how good the food is if the customer service is bad I aint going back!!! Put those shoes on!
