ELM just met with new customers interested in having some work done to their new home which they purchased in December of last year. We had provided a price to this family about a month ago based on a scope which they provided to us via email, the customer received 5 other quotes from local Anne Arundel Landscape Firms. Tonight we went back to do a final review as our price was dead center down the middle in comparison to all other firms which is always out initial goal. Upon doing a full review in person we learned of the grand plan and what they were hoping to achieve which was simply a flat backyard for their young children to play in. After providing this customer with quality feedback which is based on over 20 years of experience in the green industry we were able to save the customer over 30% on their project and actually get items which were on the honey do list done now rather than 2 yrs from now. We post this story as we want out customer base and possible customers to see that our firm is interested in a long term quality relationship which is mutually beneficial for both parties and will always try to do our best to help anyone with their landscape needs.
