To all my Prayer Warriors, Brothers and Sisters in Christ, ALL - TopicsExpress

To all my Prayer Warriors, Brothers and Sisters in Christ, ALL Christians on Battlefield Earth, All Mighty Warriors of the Cross. Please help and take a few minutes to pray for my brother in law David Bellavia. I am sharing my sisters post from last night and if there was ever a need for prayer it is NOW!!! Here is an update about my brother in law Dave that my sister Cheryl posted late last night: Thank you all for your prayers today for my brother in law Dave, I wasnt able to update you all until now as its been a terrible day again for our family, here is a status update from my sister Cheryl about Dave, for those of you who cant see it, I have copied and pasted it here: Dear Facebook friends and family - my heart is heavy, my eyes are sore from crying, my head is pounding - we received news this afternoon that Dave has had a relapse and the AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia) has returned. He is also suffering from Sepsis because his body cannot fight the infection in his hand. Tomorrow begins another journey with AML that we had hoped to never have again. Right now Im asking you to pray for specifically for the infection and sepsis to be healed - that is the most urgent and most dangerous thing right now. And then Im asking you to pray that God gives us wisdom as we make decisions on treatment etc. Dave is tired from all hes been through and needs you to lift his arms like others lifted Moses arms in the Bible. I write this through tears running down my face, cuddled up next to our precious dog Bella. Ashley is spending the night at the hospital. Joe is helping me with Bella and anything else. DJ and his sweet girl Courtney are flying in asap. Today God sent many angels to us - Tom & Julie Pulitano Ross, Pastor Steve Cerone, Pastor Robert Reeves Joanne Bell Cindy Chuck DeGroat), Donna Baxter and Bob and Glori Lovall - being surrounded with friends who came up and prayed, held us, encouraged us, hugged and loved on Ashley and Joe - we were able to get through the first few dark hours. God sent us very special medical angels today - Ashleys former boss, Dr Matt Schiralli who made phone calls and connections with colleagues that got us the quick treatment and answers we needed. Dr Yana Levin - so sweet and so kind to us and Dr. Asbury, the oncologist who handled Dave with such care and frankness that it made things so much easier. The staff at Unity Hospital - my gosh, they were so loving and funny and took such good care of Dave. We were blessed in the midst of turmoil. And then tonight, God spoke gently to me and told me the Mission Field was once there again in the form of a family member of a cancer patient who I met as I left the cancer center. Her name is Alice. Her son was married one week ago. His wife megan is now fighting Stage 4 cancer that has spread from her Kidney. As I approached the elevator God reminded of those divine appointments and again through my pain I told Alice we all will be praying for Megan and her family. And I intend to follow up and during the days ahead I WILL make a difference with a smile, a hug, and by praying for those who God puts in my path. God will turn this all around for His Glory - I CHOOSE to believe HIS WORD and His promises again like I did 22 months ago.
