To all my friends, I reach out to you today to please help the Volcano Victims from Fogo, Cape Verde Island. This fundraiser is intended to help the families of Fogo who have been displaced due to the volcanic eruption in Chã das Caldeiras, Fogo in Cabo Verde Islands. On Sunday, November 23, the volcano of Fogo erupted, forcing evacuations of the village at the base of the volcano. As the lava flows and ash flies, the families are losing their homes, their businesses and the little possessions they have. The Fund is to help the people rebuild after the eruption. Please help us, help them! I will be travelling to Cape Verde on December 12th, 2014 and would like to take the donations with me and present it to the appropriate organization.
