To all my friends in FB, take time to read my project in English, and please like after reading, thanks I Have a Dream (revised) I say to you today, my fellow Filipinos, that in spite of the poverty and corruption in our country, I still have a Dream! It is a dream dreamt by all Filipinos. I have a dream that one day our nation will rise and gain freedom and equality. Divisions against the status of living will be destroyed because all Filipinos are created equal. I have a dream that one day in the City of Manila, our country’s capital will be able to show modernization without leaving any men behind. I have a dream that one day, even the province of Palawan, a peaceful paradise, could share its imagery to those who are lost in a deserted place. I have a dream that my fellow countrymen will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by their status in life but by the content of their character. I have a dream today! This is our Hope! This is our last chance! Our last chance to make changes for the good of our beloved country. With this chance, we will be able to work together till the day when all Filipinos shall be equal. And if the Philippines is to be a wonderful country, this must become true. So let freedom ring from the Rice terraces of Banaue! Let freedom ring from the underground river of Palawan! Let freedom ring from the white sand beaches of Boracay! Let freedom ring from the Hundred Islands of Pangasinan! Let freedom ring from the Chocolate Hills of Bohol! Not only that, Let freedom ring from the Mountainous peaks of Baguio! Let freedom ring from the perfect cone shaped Mt. Mayon from Albay! From every Wonders of Nature in the Philippines which experiences cruelty and destruction of mankind, Let Freedom ring! When we let freedom ring, when we let it ring from every barangay and every barrio, from every city and every province, we will be able to speed up that day when all Filipinos, Aetas or city men, Muslims and Catholics, rich and poor, will be able to rejoice and sing the words of Independence… Free at Last, Free at Last! Thank God Almighty…We are free at last! By: Brandon T. Maningding IV-St. Pedro
