To all my friends on shore as Bill Cosby so eloquently said... This is only the Tip of the iceberg. That figure is substantially more than double because its based on Unemployment Claims against the State population and totally discounts one important fact ! There are at least as many individuals in this state who have simply expended ALL of their Unemployment Benefits and still found no jobs BUT they dont show up in the equation. Theres another thing you need to think about, thats exactly how they calculate the National Unemployment rate as well and trust me, the same thing applies. Once again, with your evening news, I call BS... ~Rich~
