To all my friends who are deciding/thinking/considering about registering with YES 4G; I highly urge you to forget about it and save yourself from the hassle that I had to go through. YES 4G: 1. Customer Rights DO NOT EXIST 2. Customer Service is the WORST Ive ever had to deal with!!! My contract ends on 13/2/15 and I decided to inquire about closing the account. So despite my contract ending and fulfilling all requirements including making my final payment, filling up the termination notice more than 7 days before the end of my contract, I was told that the termination was subjected to THEIR APPROVAL wor!!! They also claimed that the approval process will begin after 13/2/15, and so in the meantime, I will be billed for an extra month (13/2-12/3). Dear Yes 4G people, Have your brains melted in your skull? I have done my part in fulfilling every aspect of your stupid contract and you dare threaten to BLACKLIST me if I choose not to pay for that extra month so that you can conveniently take your time and process my termination after my contract ends! You cant even give me a LOGICAL explanation as to why it is done this way! This is literally DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! Based on A LOT of complains Ive seen on the net, its clear that you people have done this to many others out there; you wear your customers out with your illogical, nonsensical, beat around the bush arguments to the point where they give up and pay that extra month so that they can be rid of your service. For shame YES 4G, FOR SHAME!!!! DO NOT register with YES 4G! -.-
