To all of my friends and family who supported and encouraged me in the Maxines Shape-Up Challenge, I just want to thank you very much for everything, I gave it my all and am very proud of my commitment and dedication, to stick it out to the end, I have finally found my abs who have been hiding for all of these years, lol, I found strength and determination that I have never seen before and have loved the journey. I didnt make the final 50, but if they had of had a final 100 I would have been 51! Thank you to my beautiful boys Ben and Thomas Nieuwenhuys, who believed in me and supported me 100% and a big heartfelt thanks to my awesome training partner and friend Christine King, who jumped on this wild ride with me, Thanks Chrissy! and lastly to my friends Mario Mangion , and Nicole Pearson-Coulson, for recommending this challenge would be right up my alley, well you were right!. xx
