To all our players and Travian Games team members, First, we need to apologize. It has been a rough week with some server issues. We have worked round the clock to find a solution. So, let me first apologize for the small amount of information we had to share over the past few days. We sometimes have to balance sharing information with system security. I can give ‘some’ info but I have to respect our operations department and their security policies. So without many details I can share this: The good news: The systems are stable again. And, if they have an issue, we will be on it like lightning. The Bad news: There is no bad news, so read #1 again. ☺ Some answers: 1. We have been asked if this is related to the ‘Heartbleed’ bug. No. This was a technical software issue with a load balancer. 2. Was this a DoS (denial of service attack) issue? No. (Just the load balancer, which was enough!!) We really appreciate your patience and want you to know this was urgent to us since it affected your ability to play and enjoy the games.
