To all the women that continuously say they are tired of raising men in their relationships, this is for you. First of all, I, Nojma have no DESIRE to have a semi-incestrous relationship with a man. I am NOT trying to be your mother, therefore I dont seek out nor would I tolerate a man with an infantile mindset. Now, to those that do, the first move is, looking within yourself to see why you view a man as a child and why you are constantly choosing children as partners. Im just saying, if youre choosing BOYS....why are you expecting MEN? If a man isnt mature enough for you, why are you even entertaining him? YOU made the decision to nurse a grown man, then have the nerve to get upset when he refuses to get off the teat! Women really want a take charge man, we dont really respect a man that likes to play the Black Womans version of Simon Says. You know what I mean right? I didnt tell you to move. I didnt tell you to talk. I didnt tell you to make that decision. So that frustration that you feel towards the man YOU chose, should really be towards YOURSELF. It really comes down to choosing men that you can control, then you get irritated that you CAN control them. What youre REALLY feeling is your nature being irritated. We submit to men, they dont submit to us. Submission is a form of call and response. His nature calls for us to submit, and our nature responds by submitting. The problem is, we as women think we can defy nature, when nature trumps what we think and what we feel every time. I promise it does. #TheAgitator
