Wednesdays Reading: Ohhhh...its shaping up to be an interesting day today! Today is all about fairness and speaking up about that fairness. You know, nothing good comes from complaining about someone, when that someone doesnt have any idea that they are doing things wrong. Today is the day to stand up to authority figures and tell the truth! If your boss is treating you and others unfairly and unjust then today you need to say something about it. Be honest about how abusive behavior is destroying morale and undermining productivity. Give concrete examples of actions that have made people feel unappreciated and insulted. No its not easy, nor is it comfortable...but it IS necessary for positivity and change. Things cannot change unless that person knows about it. Courage is on your side today...so tell the truth. Stand up for yourself and others on what is right. Speak with grace and dignity to send a powerful message on what is needed for change. Speak NOW or forever hold your peace.
