To briefly sum up my job, I sell leadership. I help military folks transition into civilian jobs by educating both sides (military member and companies) on the value of the leadership these individuals will bring to an organization. Now I share that with you to say that I sell leadership EVERYWHERE! So when I see someone in a leadership role who is stagnant it just drives me NUTS! So if you are a stagnant leader PLEASE step aside and let someone who has the energy and drive to do the job take over! You are crippling your organization by being selfish. End of rant.
