To build a little off the last post from Ross, you need to know what the grind is. You need to know that when you truly decide to change your life and get healthier, embracing the grind will be your mantra. Everything else, the glamour of celebrity workouts, the volumes of crap that melt pounds away all will fade Into the distance. The grind is getting up and doing. Closing your mouth and really feeling the workout. Acknowledge the edge and push a little. Feed and rest. Then back to the grind. Its not instantaneous, you cant miraculously change what years of misuse has done overnight. But it will come. Feel the sweat pouring out as you get your breathing back in control. The flusb of accomplishment and the ache, the good ache you feel inside. .thats the grind. Think on that, not for long tho. Get doing....
