To change your test day, contact the test centre. If you inform the test centre more than five weeks before the test date, you will receive a refund minus a small administration fee. However, if you do so within five weeks of the test date, you will still be charged the full test fee. The only exception is if you have a serious medical reason and can produce a medical certificate within five days of the exam.
