To even have this happen, we need people who dont care, but I know that the BOD and specifically management team know better and need to heed the advice of media that have been saying, what we co-workers have been saying since we became one, that we are a major force in the industry and we can do better. The decision making, morale and especially what is said about other companies and employees all need to be better. Its been 3 Years and Delta is way ahead of us, yea theyre landing fees are less, they have less debt and have a management team that knows what they have to do, as well got rid of labour issues, with the pilots from the getco, thats the only labour pain they had and helped them. We on the other hand, have many factors in our favour. We have the best hubs, being it highly priced, a great work force, young fleet and more up coming fuel efficiency aircraft and so much more, we just need people in there who care and for everyone and everything and it will happen, we just need to be positive, work together and be patient We all care for this airline and came to far to have what is happening right now, ruin a great airline.
