To everyone that I have been talking to about allergy symptoms, histamine reactions, bacteria on your skin, in your mouth, in your gut (OK, everyone I have talked to has to hear about this but...) Here is a VERY SIMPLE starting point to begin understanding allergies (eczema, rheumatoid arthritis, gut issues of all kinds, inability to digest foods, inability to heal). So, in addition to this basic article, here are my PERSONAL (IMHO) top five points: 1) Quit using cleaners that kill everything in your house. Maybe begin spraying kefir, whey, sauerkraut juice or ACV everywhere. Quit using overkill soaps, laundry soaps, fabric softeners, and bleach on stuff. 2) Quit washing yourself and your kids so thoroughly. Reconsider your teeth brushing habits. People you NEED BACTERIA IN YOUR LIFE. Quit killing it. Let the good bacteria get a foothold. 3) Eat something (everyone in the family) every day from these groups - you do not need much: fermented veggies, kombucha (or ACV or Coconut vinegar), kefir. Each brings something different to your gut. Your gut ecology needs good bacteria by the billions to be established. This bacteria does a lot of work. You need this bacteria and you need the secondary bacteria these colonies produce. This is what makes your immune system work OR NOT. 4) Take care of your bacteria. Quit putting chlorinated drinks (water) inside you or on you. Quit eating food that destroys good bacteria (sugar, processed foods). START adding really great food to feed your bacteria. Great oils, vegetables, whole, soaked grains that are not overcooked, some high quality, grass fed meats, raw milk. 5) Get adequate rest. Stress and lack of proper rest destroy more things in your body than you can believe. Manage your time and energy carefully. Blessings Cindy
