To find the twelve, Jesus, one by one told them, “I am going to choose you. But first, you must clean up your act. Stop smoking, stop drinking altogether, stop swearing, listen only to Christian radio stations, cut your hair, bathe, put on some nice clothes and sandals, be serious and laugh at clean jokes only, but, don’t tell jokes. Keep all of this up as, if you don’t continue to grow, you’ll be kicked out and have to start all over.
