This has dramatic consequences for the metabolism and is why we focus on FAT LOSS not just a weight loss or change in the scale. Try this: Realize that fat loss requires a caloric deficit AND behaviors that address the hormonal component. Make sure you exercise, preferably weight train, consider some extra protein (which can come from animal or plant sources), work to manage stress and get your sleep!
