This was shared by Prem Kulpa, a Tigress Yoga instructor in Sydney: The days which I feel the LEAST like doing my practice ie when I am feeling some kind of agitation, annoyed, sad, anxious, terrified, basically when I am feeling off, SITTING TO PRACTICE breath and sound and movement... well, the combo is GENIUS! They are my best practice sessions! On those days I have a reason to rush to the center. I am focussed, present and practicing in the name of my survival at some level. I feel a complete commitment to surrender. I am so passionate about sharing this secret of emotional self regulation with my sisters, each of us deserve to know the power that exists in the play between our surrender (feminine) and focus (masculine). Add Tigress Yoga in the mix...fear becomes fierceness; Sadness becomes softening and gratitude; Anxiety becomes power and stability; Disconnection becomes orgasmic bliss!
