To my Electricians out there: Barry W Ferris and Rebecca Allen: We have the florescent tube lights in our kitchen and above our dining area. Maintenance just replaced the smaller, inside tube in August, and before that it was around Easter ish/early April when they replaced it. Our inner tube, has once again burnt out, as of last night (Friday) and now the outside tube just flickers/flashes, whatever you want to call it, but does not come all the way on. Why is that one burning out so fast all the time?
