To my Monavie partners and friends… I would like to jump in here tonight and give a huge shout out and thank you to the founders of the company I love… MONAVIE. In my 27 year career in the network marketing industry, I have seen almost every angle our industry has to offer. While I have never worn a corporate hat, I have worked closely with founders, management, and executive teams in several different companies. In that time, I have come to realize the challenges and opportunities that these owners/leaders face on a daily basis. While I work mostly with teams of people and field leaders, they are required to do the same and then some. They must also work with products, regulators, managers, scientists, manufacturing, distribution, customer service and legal. They spend time working on supply chain management, compensation enhancements, promotions, recognition, events, as well as systems and training. They work domestically and internationally with People they trust, those with big ego’s, and some with questionable motives. They do all of this while trying to figure out who is rowing the boat and who is drilling holes in the boat. The fact that any of them make it through this while staying sane is an absolute mystery to me… So Dallin, Randy, Henry… as well as other “founders” that have started billion dollar companies, you have my absolute admiration, gratitude and respect! There is one more part of this story that often goes unreported… Like a car going from first gear to second, many entrepreneurs have a hard time passing the baton to others to move their company from a start up to a professionally managed company. Truth is, the energy, focus, and priorities it takes to start a company are almost opposite of what it takes to build, manage, and secure a business for the long run. Even if you are Bill Gates or Warren Buffet, at some point the people who start a company must pass the torch to the people who will secure and fortify the company. So as I thank the founders of Monavie for their vision and effort, I would like to also thank them for the wisdom to pass the baton to the future leadership! Mauricio, Katy, Calli, Walter, Jeff, Scott, Paul and the rest of the Monavie executive team have my complete confidence that they can finish what the founders started! Today I feel honored and blessed to be partnered with such an amazing group of people! God Bless… and have an amazing Independence Day my friends!
