To my bodybuilding friends.... Due to a pinched nerve somewhere in my back, (barring a miracle from God).. it appears i am unable to compete this year. I had an incredible season last year & i was hoping to capitalize on some momentum i built heading into the jr usa. i trained very hard, kept myself in good condition and was on pace to be my best ever. unfortunately, my body isnt responding. I have lost over a half inch on my right arm in the last 4 weeks. people who know me & train with me know I am the type of person who doesnt like limitations. regretfully, i found a limit. if its in the plans for me to be back....i will be back with a vengeance.
