To my dear friends in Britain, I love you all, as you should know by now. But I am so very jealous that you have all the history. I have been watching Terry Jones show about medieval history, for the BBC. So cute, so charming, so interesting. Yeah, I watch British history to relax. Nerd that I am. We have so few years behind us, though some were very interesting, I am just amazed that you not only have the history, but you have the actual stuff written down ON THE ORIGINAL BOOKS!! I mean, you can go look up a landlord/peasant dispute, and just flip a few pages, probably made of sheepskin, and lo and behold there is the case! I am just so taken by your records keeping. i should have had this life over there, as I know I have had so many. I am so taken with almost all things British, save perhaps blood pudding, and haggis which I know is from Scotland. Still terribly gross. Might I prevail upon you to adopt me, or take me in as an exchange student, albiet an elderly one? I would really like to wander along a country lane, and perhaps even attend a candle light supper.
