To my valued shareholders, Im writing you today to update you on where we are at in our ongoing battle to bring our company full circle and pick up where we left off some months back. Over the last year we successfully launched our company into the MJ sector with much fanfare only to be brought to a rapid halt by a global lock instated by the DTCC over something done by previous owners years ago and completely out of our control. I have been working diligently to rectify this situation as rapidly as possible even taking the unprecedented step of aquiring a new company (SUTI) to make our shareholders whole. Sometimes when breaking new ground resolution is slower than anticipated, as we have encountered. We are in the final steps of the process and are waiting for a record date for prpm shareholders. After which we will announce the distribution date. I am pushing to get the completed as quickly as the process allows. Secondly, I regret that Kolbe has decided to go their own way but wish Jorge and his team the best. The process of us completing this distribution has been all consuming and is the top priority of our company currently so it was impossible to fulfill the short term goal Jorge had bestowed upon us. I had hoped that the goal of spinning Kolbe off into its own public vehicle, and the large investment needed to do so would allow for us to continue. As always I wish them the best they have a great product now the must execute. I have many things to announce funding, products and partnerships, and changes to our bod. All of which will be coming up soon after our record date announcement. I assure you we are far from dead and will suprise alot of people over the coming weeks.
