To our beautiful Botticelli friends, you may be wondering why Brad and I cant be seen at the cafe, and weve decided to let you know why. As you know, as an Indonesian teacher, myself and the kids often travel to Indonesia. Yesterday our Billi fell approximately 3 floors onto concrete and is currently in the best hospital in Jakarta, under the best paed. Shes a miracle, we still have her, and it appears she has just broken her back, but she can still wiggle her toes, and mover her legs. Brad flew into Jakarta last night, and our beautiful staff, Brads family and friends are currently running our cafe so that Brad can be with his daughter. Weve been offered phenomenal support over the last 24 hours, meals, chocolate, flowers, babysitting and we feel rude refusing everyones kind offers and well wishes so weve created Billis Bubbles, where if you would like to send your well wishes please do it on the can of her favourite drink, lemonade and drop it into Botts. We thought it sounded fun, and I know it will make her smile on her long road to recovery. Please, please, please hi 5 a Botts babe, you guys are amazing. Were surrounded by my amazing Indonesian family, who were so strong and focussed when I wasnt, and because of their quick thinking our Billi should make a full recovery.
