To paraphrase Celestina today: It is one thing to offer forgiveness and understanding, it is another to allow yourselves to become maladapted to patterns that are not yours to transmute or heal to begin with. For Empaths and Sensitives especially, we have been doing *so* much of this in our lives. I was shown certain behaviors that I developed over years of dealing with unconscious people, just to get them to notice me and/or pay attention to important things that started all the way in my childhood. Some wells are dry, true dat. They didnt just run dry either, they may have been that way for a long time. Its time to go where the real healing waters are. They are all around, especially when we have eyes to see. Shanti.
