To start, lets give a point of reference; falling from the 3rd - TopicsExpress

To start, lets give a point of reference; falling from the 3rd story of an oil rig is my 10 on the pain scale, and burning my face off is my 9. this pain was a 9.5. Now for the story, after a long day, Biolife and a little dehydration, I decided to go to Menards for some pellets for the wood stove. I went to the shelf and grabbed the first bag. My back let out a warning that I shouldnt have done that. I dont listen to well, so I went for bag 2. This is when I dropped to the floor like a sack of potatoes in sheer pain. Its amazing the things that went through my brain as I layed on the floor by myself breathing. I called Cindy Severance who was luckily only a few blocks away. After this, I pulled myself to the flatbed and then to the pallet and finally to the shelf and up. I swear I peed down both legs in pain. I called Cindy again told her I was standing. ( I was in a back corner of Menards by myself). Shortly after this, Cindy walked in and finished loading the flatbed and I got to walking around. Then I had to get in the car ( and the Shiatsu massager). I was driving the Cvic so that was another challenge. Three rounds with the massager and I reach the peddles. Hot shower and Icey Hot later, Im better. Lesson learned and a good story for the kids.
