To substantiate the claim defense lawyer pointed out same mistakes from all the 7 recorded confessional statements of accused persons and concluded that all confessional statements were typed by one ATS official and then were forwarded to 7 different DCPs to complete legal procedure. To raise more doubts on the truthfulness and correctness of the alleged confessional statements he produced true copy of the information obtained by one of the accused person under RTI Act according to which all the 7 DCPs were deployed for the duty of Prime Ministers security in the city at the very time and date when the alleged confessional statements of 7 accused persons were recorded by those DCPs.
