To text, or not to text! What say you, travelers, about texting with your recruiters? I find its easier to get a response from my nurses, but it tends to bite you in the butt when you have an offer on the table. My feeling today, after a certain incident, is that once you open the door to texting, its really hard to get people to pick up the phone to talk to you about important things. I cannot negotiate a contract through text!! Certain things are acceptable, but theres a time and a place for text, and a time and a place to be on the phone. Same could probably be said with emailing!
