~To the Inu critics, may I kindly remind you that English isnt a vernacular~ So I have noticed a certain belligerence exhibited against President Salva by some English connoisseurs. They mock him for the intersperse used of Inu in statements he make. Alright, lets be presumptuous a bit and hypothetically assume two scenarios. First, you (English connoisseurs) have mastered the English language. Secondly, lets assume that you have at least used the expression OK once, in your English practice. Now tell me Mr/Mrs, Ms or Miss connoisseur, how was OK derived? And if it isnt a formal word, then what explains the sudden hypocrisy against the president for his informality? What law states that, it is compulsory for all words in a selected English glossary to be formal? Didnt you know English isnt only made up of Anglo-Saxon words and phrases but is also inclusive of other vernaculars including Latin, Greek and etc and other made up expressions? The fact that some French or Italian words can be defined in an English lexicon proves that English is no longer a vernacular. Thus, its informality (in some cases) is reasonable. See youre not a master of English after all-are you? Please accept, youre a learner like me and Salva and like everybody else. Dont be lying to yourself professor.
