To the voters and residents of district 1- ward 1 where myself and four others are running for the position of police juror, I understand that one of my opponents is running around telling people that I am running on the gambling ticket which is a total lie, yes I did take that request to the jurors whereas they voted for or against, not allowing the people to vote for themselves, instead they voted for you. They took your right away, and if my asking them to let the people vote on it and not the jury vote on it, my opponent did vote for it. I am not running on that ticket, I am running for fairness and honesty, and what is best for our parish and the future of our children and not for just a select few. This town will never advance to its fullest potential as long as there are small minded people that want to hold it down. There is so much more that this parish could have if we would just open up to the idea of change and growth. So if you want nothing different for our parish and to just let our kids leave here because there are no jobs or room for growth because of a few small minded people then by all means vote for my opponents. But if you want fairness and honesty and someone strong-minded enough to stand up to those that dont want change then vote for me.. Dale Sellers #33 on Saturday, October 19.
