To the women, the mothers, the nurtures, the protectors, the life-givers. To the women who came before, the women who have yet to come, the women who go to battle and the ones who know when to surrender, the women who sacrifice their lives, their blood, their dreams. To the women who give their hearts, their souls, their time, their devotion, their love. who risk is all to care for others, who keep going when theyre tired, who leave the light on, who charge forward anyways, who push the edge, who do the unacceptable, who speak the unspoken. To the women who stand on the edge of the cliff fearlessly, who clear the path, who hold the lantern for others, who whisper and sing and dance around the fire, who show up raw and vunerable, dishelved and real... even when its hard, even when its painful, even when it hurts. You are all mothers. Thank you for being you. Thank you for being a woman on the path. Thank you for being a mother of the earth, a nurturer, a protector, a life-giver.
