To those who have asked...One of the follow up tests I have every three months is called a CA27-29. (You can google it for details.)To keep it simple, this test monitors how well my body is fighting any presence of cancer that may still be in me. Other breast cancer survivors will know that it is called a marker. Each of the last three tests Ive had this past year has indicated a slight rise in this number, with the norm being 38. Yesterdays test shows mine has suddenly jumped to 55. I feel fine, all other tests are in the norms. I will repeat tests in 60 days and Dr. Balbastro says we will go from there. Got a calendar full of exciting events all over Texas for the next two months so with places to go, things to do, and yall praying, I have given it to God to handle and am not going to worry about it!
