To whom it concerns in the Pritchard Ville area on Gibbet road please advise, if you do not contain your dog to a chain or a fence I will be shooting it the next time it yes in my yard ! I will not allow this Damn black mutt growl at me or our kids every morning in the woods. An continue to get into my trash cans at night.
