To whom it may concern, On 31st August in the Blackpool area we have organised an 11mile horse drawn vehicle endurance drive all in aid of breast cancer care. We have registered this event and set up a just giving page justgiving.co.uk/BlackpoolDrive. Cancer affects everyone. many of whom are close to our hearts. As the drive draws closer we are making every attempt to raise as much as possible for this worthy cause one of which is to set up a raffle to be held on the day, and so we are writing to yourselves and many other companies to kindly ask if you could please possibly donate a prize for our raffle. Our local newspaper has been informed of the event and every company that donates will have full recognition and will be mentioned. All money raised will go to our chosen charity.
