To whom it may concern, The recruiting process is difficult and filled with rejection. But you can’t let the rejection prevent you from performing. Steve Swain is a great man with experience and is always there for you. He’s not just there for you athletically; he is a mentor who helps you through every aspect of the recruiting process, emotionally, academically, and athletically. We all have some form of our game to improve on, may it be our physical conditioning, our classroom studies or whatever aspect of the game you play, Steve will lead you on a path that will help you improve. He can tell you many things you need to do to perform at the next level, but you have to want it and put it to work. His guidance doesn’t do the job if you don’t put in the work. NSR as a whole was unbelievable with the exposure it provides. I was in contact with hundreds of coaches. But you can’t just rely on their initial emails; you need to make the follow up calls, send more emails, and provide the work ethic to get you to the next level. I would recommend Steve and NSR to any athlete and family interested in pursuing the next level. Thanks again Steve!
