To whomever has an idea of what they are doing, I am no longer a client at Hi however I keep getting notices saying I have not payed my bill. I am also not able to log into my Hi account because it has been closed. Nor can I recieve smss from Hi because the number is no longer active. I am also tired and no longer willing to pay for international phone calls to Hi in order to solve this problem that never gets fixed. Is there any body at Hi that is competent enough to fix this problem?
