Today - Saturday - personnel at Chase promptly corrected an erroneous transaction between my checking account with Chase and PayPal. I wanted to thank the person at the bank for her help, but could not because of the message system not allowing responses. Perhaps then this post goes a small way towards expressing some gratitude to those in mega financial firms who do such thankless jobs as resolving bank transaction disputes.
