Today, 2 kind female missionaries from the LDS community came to our house. We had good conversation and agreed that there are vast differences in the faith of LDS and that of evangelical Christianity. We agreed to stick with conversations just using the text we both agree on: the Bible. I want to post what Ravi Zacharias stated as it perfectly sums up the theme of our conversation: When asked about my goals for visiting with the LDS community here, I said that I hope in our discussions we come to a Biblical understanding of who Jesus is. I always want to leave the door open for dialogue and show everyone the love of Christ, and I hope that through the process of interaction, we will arrive at the truth.
