Today Chris gave me another high day but this one is extra sweet because it is more volume because he replaced the burger and fries with a higher volume of lower calorie food. I have tons of carbs with each meal coming from either oats, rice, or muffins. I also have a really high fat meal consisting of 12oz Flank steak that goes along side 2 cups rice. On a diet we call that living the dream. DH~8
