Today Five years ago was the passing of K9 Blek - it was a devastating loss for his handler Harris County Pct 4 Deputy Constable Ted Dahlin. Kristi Schiller saw this story and knew that this was a calling that needed fulfilling and K9s4Cops.org was born in June 2010 and in March 2011 we became a full-fledged Non-Profit. Since our inception, K9s4COPs has gifted over 75 K9s to over 48 agencies in the memory of Blek. In late 2014 we successfully launched our K9s4KIDs initiative to keep children in schools safe. We feel no officer, agency or school campus worthy should ever be without a K9. THANK YOU for helping us in our mission. God Bless You All!!! Merry Christmas!
