Today, I accept myself as ( the ) I am, without judging me . I accept my mind as it is with all my emotions, all my hopes and dreams, my personality, my way of being unique. I accept my body as it is, in all its beauty and perfection. That the love I have for myself is so strong that I will never reject me or sabotaging my happiness, my freedom and love. Now that all my actions, my reactions, my thoughts and my emotions is based on love. I increase my love for myself, until all the dream of my life is transformed and the fear and drama give way to love and joy. That the power of my love for me is strong enough to break all the lies that I have been programmed to believe all those who made me believe that I m not up to it, not strong enough ( e) not smart enough ( e) , and I do not go out . That the power of my love for me is so strong that I did need to live my life in accordance with the opinion of others. I have complete confidence in my ability to make the choices I do. Adorned with my love for I am no longer afraid to face any liability whatsoever in my life, or for any problem I found the solution when it occurs. Although I want to do, may I do so with the power of my love for myself. Starting today , I love myself so much that I could not do anything against me. I can live my life by being myself and not pretending to be someone else in order to please others . I no longer need others to tell me good to me because I know who I am. I clean my mind of any emotional poison and any judgment to live in peace and love. My love for myself is the force that changes the dream of my life ! Armed with this new power in my heart , the power of self-love, I transform each of my relationships start with the ones I have with myself . I release myself from any conflict with others. I am happy ( to ) spend time with those who are dear to me and I will forgive their wickedness still felt in me. I love myself so much that I can forgive anyone hurt me ( e) in my life . I have the courage to love my family and friends unconditionally and change my relationships in the most positive and most imbued with love. I create new channels of communication in relationships , so that ny has more power struggle or loser or winner. I can work as a team, for love, joy and harmony. My relationship with my family and friends are based on respect and joy to no longer feel the need to tell them how to think or behave . My romantic relationships are the most wonderful . The joy came over me whenever I share my love with my partner. I accept others as they are , without judgment , because when I reject , I reject myself. And when I reject it rejects me . Today , I take a fresh start. I start my life today with the power of self-love . I enjoy my life , I enjoy my relationships , I explore life, I take risks , I m alive ( e) , I no longer live in fear of love. I open my heart to the love that is my birthright.
