Today I call MBPJ Hotline, I told the complain person about this facebook page and I want a complain number for each picture posted in this page and a mass complain of Pot Hole in PJ area. Guess what, straight away I was shot down with an answer system down and no complain number can be given. As usual they ask me to email which they will never reply me. After some arguement and demand my rights to do a manual complain. The complain person agree to follow up to give me a call back and give me an official complain number when system is up. Again, I want to remind local authority where ia the seriousness, accountability and competency in road maintainence. I am sincerely very angry and upset with the current system we have. Time to wake and change.
