Today, I came back to life! As you may have noticed from my other recent posts, I have been quite challenged over the last week. Now, coming through to the other side, I am grateful for the opportunity to refine my intentions for how I’m living my life and expand my awareness of my purpose. I had a breakthrough yesterday around exactly how we can use our “Resistance Strategies,” which are the Ego mechanics that we have created to resist our deepest pain and not be responsible for the suffering it creates in our lives, to actually propel us into living an intentional, purposeful, and liberated life. This revelation is crucial to the sustainable transformation power of the LifeLift work that I have been doing with many people. What would it be like if you knew exactly how to use the very things, the very patterns, that perpetuate suffering, blocks, and what’s stopping you from having what you want, to become more clear and motivated to live on purpose and free? I discovered that I can use my “patterns” with awareness to see more clearly the pain that has motivated many behaviors. With this awareness I am free to choose and consciously direct my energies more powerfully into my intentions, new beliefs, and behaviors therefore getting new results. This is a big breakthrough because it means that there is nothing really stopping me from living my purpose. I am capable to use all that’s here, all that I am, even the parts I judge, as fuel to propel the engine of awakening and ascension in my life. And so can you. Consider the questions I pose in this video, and reflect on what kind of difference it could make for you to live on purpose today. What are your intentions and how do they shape your reality?
