Today I can call myself one year clean and sober. Ive made this announcement before, but this will be the last time- Its only up from here. You want to know how I know? This time last year, my Lord God worked a miracle in me and set me free. Im not saying that from now on its going to be smooth sailing. If I said that, Id only be kidding myself. What I am saying is that no matter what happens, I have the promise of Jesus and what he did for me on the cross to hold on to. I am so grateful for his new mercies every single morning. He helps me to stand firm... Im building my house on the rock, not in the sand.
