Today I celebrate PROJECT HERO with a donation to The Harry Potter - TopicsExpress

Today I celebrate PROJECT HERO with a donation to The Harry Potter Alliance in The Quest Armys name. The HPA believes in magic, community, and unironic enthusiasm -- traits shared with The Quest. With this donation, the HPA will further their campaigns to increase youth literacy by providing books to children who dont have access to them, supporting equality acts, and supporting human relief efforts. Needless to say, this organization is well-deserving of my childhood heros name. Today I also renew my commitment to the small group of 6th grade dudes I have led for the past several weeks. As an extension of the summer camp I worked for this past summer (where I rang in the season premiere of The Quest!), my small group consists of about seven 6th grade guys who seek fellowship and a relationship with God. Each week we play incredibly silly games, go on trips to places like the local arts center, and discuss steps they can take to further their Christianity. I am blown away by the love and fun they have developed in such a short time. After this weeks discussion on heroes, I am happy to report that they each wish to be a hero to their classmates, siblings, or parents. As the youngest Paladin, I am thankful for the role my older mentors have on my heros journey. I choose to #BeAHero to inspire a new generation to learn, love, and act just as I was once taught to do. The Fates and Everealm smile on you this day, Army. You all have the hearts of heroes, and your acts of kindness make Kingdom Oraa swell with pride and rejoice ceaselessly. #ContinueTheQuest
