Today I did 1 hour of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Cardio on the elliptical & treadmill, but I did not stop there. I went on doing 45 minutes of using cable weight equipment for my leg press, calf raises, leg extensions, leg curls, abs & core exercises. “MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!” Free Personal Training Tip of The Day: When you use cable weight equipment for your legs, make sure that your seat is adjusted to line up where both of your knees are in place where the fulcrum (point of motion) of the machine is. If you do not adjust your seat correctly you’re risking the chance of injury, either short term or permanent injury.
