Today I got a phone call, my fourth in several months, saying my computer was sending error signals and that it needed to be repaired. The man had a heavy accent, probably oriental. The other times they called I told them I didnt have a computer and they hung up. This time I listened to see what he would say. Me: you say your calling from Microsoft? Him: Yes and your computer is sending error signals to the satellite that need to be repaired. Me: How did you get my number? Him: Were your security team for your computer. Me: My security team, then what kind of computer do I have? Him: Maam Were your security team. Me: Then you should know what kind of computer I have. Him: We just need to get it repaired. Me: I have a computer that was designed and built especially for me and have my own security team. Him: Damn Liar. And then he hung up. If you have a call like this DO NOT RESPOND TO THEM. They only want to get access to your computer, DONT LET THEM. Theres a scam behind every corner, be very careful!
