Today I have embraced the attention from the bed invasion because we want to be with you on your day, chatted while one child joined me in the shower and the other watched (in case I got lonely on my own in the bathroom I guess!), took Oliver to Rugbytots because it is Mothers Day so as a treat for you Mummy it can be your turn to take me!, played in the garden and put up with moaning about being tired walking when we were in search of the decorated Hares in the local hare trail that has just been launched. Ive enjoyed a lovely family day and the Spring sunshine but the sound of peace and quiet as bedtime takes over the household is a sweet sound and a wonderfully welcome Mothers Day treat too!
