Today, I made an all natural mouthwash! Equal parts of water and hydrogen peroxide Essential oil such as peppermint or cinnamon Glass jar Make sure you shake well before each use! Remember, there is no artificial sweetener, so it wont be sweet like commercial mouthwash. Note: you will find that I always recommend using a glass jar. I have eliminated most plastic from my kitchen and personal hygiene routines. The glass doesnt absorb any oil or scents. Make sure you label your creations well so that you dont accidentally grab something you werent expecting.
